do something with your life

I was at the Meridian Chamber’s First Friday event this morning. They do it every month at a godawful hour. I almost didn’t go, because I stayed up too late last night doing open mic and coming home to watch The Addams Family. It was a two-parter that takes place on Morticia and Gomez’s thirteenth wedding anniversary, and we find out how they met and how they almost didn’t end up together. Wow, intense stuff.

As it turns out, I am SO GLAD I went, because I met some wonderful people and got to tour parts of the facility that aren’t off limits due to cadavers.

I also have a renewed sense of purpose and will finally do something with my life.
